Rosa Parks’ legacy applied in Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute Programs. (pass out brochures/pledge cards to audience)

Personal Reflections
Take time to reflect from persons who knew Rosa Parks personally through her work in the community, spiritual or civil rights. (1-2 people 5 min. ea.) (3 or more persons 2 min. ea.)

Moment of Silence
Remembrance of Lessons Learned from the legacy of Rosa Parks

Honoring Unsung Heroes Community (5 - 10 min.)
Unrecognized, Ordinary people who have made a difference and contributed to change in the local community. Individuals selected according to Rosa Parks Institute criteria.

Legacy Circle of Commitment Call for Participation
Spreading the Spirit of Compassion, Care and Giving - Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute for Self Development Rosa Parks: Next Generation Campaign (brochure). Audience invited to complete a donation envelope and share a statement of commitment to take action that models/follows or advances the work of Mrs. Parks.
